Goldpack’s 8 ton/day cube sugar machine feeds crystal sugar into the dosing unit via an automatic screw conveyor; after moisturizing, the pressing section forms it into cubes at the requested size. The pressed cubes travel on a chrome-nickel mesh belt, are dried by infrared heaters, and reach ideal hardness after passing through cooling fans. Operators then fill the cubes into boxes using manual vacuum lifters for packing. Low investment cost and minimal staffing make it suitable for mid-scale facilities.
