Goldpack’s 5-channel stick sugar wrapping machine splits reel-fed polyethylene-coated paper into 5 equal strips, wrapping each around a sugar-feed tube. The A+A sealed edges are formed by the vertical jaw, and a piston system doses 1-10 g of crystal sugar into each sealed sleeve. The lower jaw group trims and seals pack lengths based on the photocell point; production speed and count are PLC-controlled.
